Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing GRID TV, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use GRID TV. Some content is restricted to users 18+.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

4. User content

Filmmakers, authors, and promoters who upload content represent that they own (or have license to) all rights necessary to distribute that content on GRID TV. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and stream your uploads to users of the platform.

We may remove any content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights.

5. Payments & payouts

Purchases are processed by Stripe. Book sales are subject to an 80/20 revenue split — authors keep 80% and GRID TV retains 20% as the platform fee. Author payouts are available once the balance reaches $20.

6. Prohibited use

• No uploading content you do not own or have the right to share.
• No harassment, hate speech, or illegal content.
• No scraping, reselling, or circumventing access controls.
• No attempts to disrupt or compromise the service.

7. DMCA / copyright

If you believe content on GRID TV infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice via the Contact page including: the work claimed, the URL on GRID TV, your contact info, and a signed statement of good-faith belief.

8. Disclaimers

GRID TV is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRID TV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
